Noisy groups, please refrain from booking. If you like the retro look, we left the master bedroom with the original tiles. I fell in love with. I hope you like them too. Trash collection days: Monday morning

Any additional cleaning or damages caused by pets will be the guest's responsibility. - No smoking or vaping inside the property or on the balcony. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping is found. - Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted at any time. Please respect this rule to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the community. - Visitors - needs approval - Children are welcome—keep a close eye on them when using the outdoor areas. However, infants under 2 years old are not allowed due to safety considerations. - Quiet hours are from 21:00 (9:00 PM) to 08:00 (8:00 AM) daily. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors and the tranquil atmosphere. - Please respect check-in and check-out times as communicated in your reservation. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. - Wash your dishes after use - Enjoy meals in the dining area—no food or drinks in the bedrooms or inside the pool, please. - Do not rearrange the furniture or remove items from the property. - Turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when not in use and before leaving the property. If there is a power outage, you will want to save the energy for sleeping time or when you are at the property. - Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Do not leave garbage in hallways or outside the property. Trash pickup days are Monday am. - Report any damages or maintenance issues to your host as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly. - Please be respectful of our house!
