Feel at home in our casa. Located on the east side of the island, this house in a neighborhood of the town of Humacao, offers easy access to explore the island's nature treasures. The Lago Verde Mar is right across the street from our property, giving the house a view of a natural landscape. You won't need to worry about the little things here. We’ve got an in-home washer and dryer to handle your laundry, plus we provide beach towels, chairs, and gear so you can head straight to the ocean. When you’re back at the house, hang out in the entertainment area for a round of ping-pong or just relax on the patio. The best part? The balcony overlooks a small lake, making it the perfect low-key spot to grab a coffee in the morning or watch the sunset with a cold drink. The space consists of 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. An open concept with living, dining and kitchen area will serve for all guests to share. Plus, a covered terrace offer another living area with TV, small ping pong table and games. We’ve installed brand-new AC units in every bedroom and the living area, so you can stay cool and kick back after a day in the sun. On our stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans and all you need as you were cooking at home. A complete coffee station with local coffee, sugar and all the goodies to enjoy the perfect morning coffee. Dinner table for 6, a living area with Roku TV, plus another TV on the covered terrace. If you are here to experience the coast, we will have for you 6 beach chairs and a cooler. To fully enjoy the area, having a car is a must. The house provides parking space by the entrance.
