We had a fantastic stay at the Beach Villas. Our group occupied all three houses and felt completely comfortable, with more than enough space for everyone. The rooms were large and spacious, the bathrooms were spotless, and the entire villa was clean and well maintained. The pool was beautiful and generously sized, and we especially enjoyed the waterfall feature. The outdoor patio was perfect for group lunches, and the gated property made us feel very safe. Fernando went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Everything was perfect, and we would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

You cannot find a better, kinder, or more responsive host than Fernando. He is in constant communication, asking if there is anything he can do. His Airbnb is in a good location with walking distance to a good sized grocery store and restaurants including a very nice breakfast/lunch place, a very good BBQ restaurant, and a darling coffee shop with delicious drinks that we frequented many mornings. The cutest little beach that even has some shade is about a 3 minute walk away and Fernando has beach towels & chairs available. Fernando's pool is very large with a beautiful waterfall feature - way better than the picture. The large table on the patio is great for family or friend groups to play games or all eat together. We felt very secure there with a gate to the drive, a keypad to the grounds, and separate keypads for each villa plus the area was safe. We did not need a car as Uber drives to Old San Juan were inexpensive and then no parking to deal with. 100% recommend!

This was a great place to stay. So close to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. The place was very clean and the pool was lovely. Fernando the host was extremely responsive and eager for us to enjoy the property which my family did immensely. There is a bar right next door but when you are inside the house you can’t hear it and they were very quiet after 10pm every night. We would 100% stay again as Fernando took every opportunity to ensure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. If you have a bigger group but would still like a little privacy this would be a great place to book.

Fernando was a great host. This was probably one of the best stays that I have had. I am a travel agent so I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs. He was very responsive and very accommodating. He has everyrhing that you and your group may need during your stay. I will definitely be booking with Fernando in the future. 10/10 Highly recommend

Fernando was an absolute gem of a host. Such a sweet and genuine person. From always being quick to respond and resolve any matters to reaching out to make sure everyone got home safe afterwards. We booked all 3 villas and they were beautiful and perfect for my bachelorette trip! Clean, modern and all around perfect. The pool looks like something out of a resort. Half pool/half hot tub!! I could go on about our stay here. All in all I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Fernando for such an amazing experience!!

We had an amazing time here! The host was fantastic—super quick to respond and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Every detail was thought of, and communication was smooth from beginning to end. The location is unbeatable. The beach is just a short walk away, and the pool on the property is even more beautiful than the photos—so relaxing and peaceful. But one of the biggest highlights? The food. There are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance. From casual bites to upscale dining, we didn’t have a single bad meal. We loved being able to walk out and explore local spots without having to drive anywhere. It’s also extremely close to the airport, which made travel super easy, especially for a group. We were there for a bachelorette trip, and this spot could not have been more perfect for it. Beautiful setting, great location, safe area, and such good energy all around. Already planning to come back—it was truly a 10/10 experience!

We had an absolutely amazing time here, and Fernando is a truly exceptional host. The place exceeded all expectations—in person, the pool is even bigger than it looks in the photos, and everything is spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. I’m already thinking about when I can come back—this has instantly become my number one choice, without a doubt! My friends were thrilled, and thanks to Fernando, we had the time of our lives.
