Pool hours from 9:00AM to 11:00PM Remember, the pool is shared with the other 2 apartments. Do not leave personal property unattended. No smoking on the property. Enjoy as much as you can, but please treat this space with respect. My goal is to host the distinguished and special guests that are looking for that kind of family atmosphere. I loved staying at Fernando’s place. It was clean and comfortable with great amenities. I was a short walk to the beach and also had a beautiful clean pool we swam in. Fernando was more than helpful and when above and beyond to accommodate my needs for the stay. I already can’t wait to come back!!

Our flight was canceled and we were stranded in Puerto Rico. Fernando stepped in right away. He let us drop our bags and head to the beach down the road while he finished getting the place ready. We got in early and everything was clean and exactly as described. We had a few issues unrelated to the rental. Fernando helped us with everything he was able to. He was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with the entire time. We will be staying in one of his units again on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

This home was amazing. It literally is surrounded by ocean and restaurants. The home was very accommodating. Everything we wanted and needed was right at our fingertips. For example it provided beach chairs, towels, coolers, and more. I would definitely be staying booking this home again when visiting.

Perfect place for a small group. Fernando was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Unit was immaculately clean. Gated complex in safe area right next to the ocean. Check-in and checkout were super easy. Having access to the pool and private parking was a plus. (Just note pool is shared by all guests of the 3 units within complex.) Had a great stay here and highly recommend.
