If any appliance, utility, or equipment is not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible. Since Vieques is an island off the main island of Puerto Rico, repairs, supplies, and services can sometimes take longer than in larger cities, but we will always respond as quickly as possible. Important Notice: Jacuzzi Not Included There is a jacuzzi located on the back balcony near the outdoor shower. The jacuzzi is not available for guest use and must not be filled or used under any circumstances. Filling or using the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fee. Guests may use the outdoor shower only.
