If during a checkout we found one of these broken, it is a high possibility we cannot do a replacement on the same day. Thanks for understanding. Vieques is a rural island with nature sounds, roosters, and a slower pace of services. The property is comfortable, private, and well-equipped, but it is a relaxed island-style home rather than a luxury resort. A/C is available in the bedrooms. Portable fans are also available. If any appliance, utility, or equipment is not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible. Since Vieques is an island off the main island of Puerto Rico, repairs, supplies, and services can sometimes take longer than in larger cities, but we will always respond as quickly as possible. Important Notice: Jacuzzi Not Included There is a jacuzzi located on the back balcony near the outdoor shower. The jacuzzi is not available for guest use and must not be filled or used under any circumstances. Filling or using the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fee. Guests may use the outdoor shower only. Travel insurance We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
