I recently stayed here for my bachelorette trip to Puerto Rico! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Our host Fernando was amazing, he was very welcoming, responsive and helpful! Altogether we were 10 girls and we fit comfortably in 2 of the villas, both Villa Yeriam and Villa Fernando. The best part was that there was 4 bathrooms and one shared half bath by the pool, with all of the research I did on Airbnb for Puerto Rico before booking that is definitely hard to find. When we checked in, the Villas were very clean, beautiful and looked exactly like the photos! The pool was absolutely beautiful and a breath taking beach was just a 2 minute walk away! The location was perfect because we were close to beaches, plenty of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. The location was also great for ordering Ubers, we were able to explore all of San Juan and the rides were all very affordable and just a short ride to airport. I highly recommend staying here!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fernando was a wonderful host—very communicative, accommodating, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The space itself was great: very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy. Overall it was a really smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay there again when visiting. Direct beach access was a perk.

Great stay! Everything was as advertised. Spacious and spotless upon arrival. Host was always quick to respond. Comfy beds, good towels and linens. Really good location with a quaint bistro (Bistro Cafe) that served amazing dishes, a Mexican restaurant with live music and a really good dinner spot (Euphoria) all less than a block away. A small beautiful and calm beach is an easy ~ 3 minute walk out the back. Fernando has chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella available although we didn’t need the umbrella since the sunny beach has palm trees that provide shade when needed. Heated pool was secluded, well maintained, well lit and very relaxing. Great home base for exploring the rest of this beautiful island!
