Driving in, you'll leave the highway and take a narrow country road between cattle and plantain fields. Be amazed by the green mountains surrounding this peaceful community. It’s a short drive to the house. This property is ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy Puerto Rico’s countryside, relax by the pool, and stay in a spacious home surrounded by tropical nature. Enjoy the patio with a large pool, BBQ, seating areas, outdoor shower, and half bathroom. The property also has a spacious grass area with tropical plants and trees, including avocado, sugarcane, breadfruit, plantains, papaya, quenepas, and other fruit trees. The Space The second floor is a spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath home with sleeping space for up to 7 guests. Enjoy A/C in all bedrooms and common areas, tall ceilings, a wraparound balcony, a dining room, a living room with a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodate up to 7 guests. A carport with space for 2–3 vehicles is available. Important Update for Stays Beginning After July 4: - This listing is for the private second-floor home only. For stays beginning after July 4, Unit A on the first floor will be reserved as a separate private apartment for the property’s on-site caretakers. They have their own private living space and do not share the second-floor home or your private indoor areas. Their role is to help maintain the property, including pool care, landscaping, maintenance needs, and emergencies if assistance is needed. For stays beginning on or before July 4, guests will continue to be the only guests on the property, as currently listed. Your group’s privacy and comfort remain the priority throughout your stay. Looking for a larger group? Ask us about renting the larger property setup, which accommodates up to 13 guests before July 4 and up to 11 guests after July 4. Around the Area Did you know you can cross Puerto Rico from east to west in about 3 hours? Our guidebook will give you ideas of what to do nearby and even a bit further. Explore beaches, local food, nature, and places of interest around Puerto Rico during the day, knowing you will return to a clean and comfortable place to rest. A car is needed, as Uber service and public transportation are very limited—or nonexistent—in this area.
Other Details to Note
Early check-in and/or late checkout may be offered for a fee, based on availability. Garbage is picked up on Wednesday. The property has solar panels with Tesla batteries for power backup. In the event of a power outage, we may ask guests to turn off the A/C units to help extend the life of the batteries. This is a countryside area, and part of the beauty is the natural environment. Wind and leaves can affect the pool. Coquís, iguanas, frogs, birds, lizards, and other wildlife are commonly found around the property. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of a cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the booking total. If necessary, we will assist with documentation on our end.
