Other Details to Note

You may hear normal town and island noise, like roosters, dogs, people talking, and cars. Hot water is available only in the shower on the 2nd floor. Natural temperature in the 1st-floor shower. Security camera in the open area. You are renting the entire place for you and your group. No other guests on the premises.

• This is a pet free property. No animals are allowed. • Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed anywhere inside the property. Please respect this rule—any evidence of smoking or vaping may result in additional cleaning fees. • Parties and events are not allowed, out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain a peaceful environment. • No infants. Children must be 6 years or older. • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times to respect our neighbors and the community. • Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for a smooth transition for all guests. • Please help us take care of the home by keeping it tidy during your stay and leaving it as you found it. Wash your dishes after use, and place all trash in the designated bins. • No rearranging of furniture, and please do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms. • If anything is damaged or breaks during your stay, notify us as soon as possible so it can be addressed promptly. Primary transport options: shared vans/mini-buses (semi-fixed routes) and taxis linking the ferry terminal, Isabel Segunda and Esperanza. Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport (VQS) is a short taxi ride away. Many visitors rent a car or ATV to reach remote beaches and attractions; car rental agencies and taxi services operate in Isabel Segunda. Walking covers most town needs; public transport is limited in frequency and generally not available late at night.
