Other Details to Note

We offer 2 induction cooktops with 1 burner each. No electric or gas stove. Hot water only in the shower. No oven. Corner shower - 36" the biggest one available. No lifeguard on premises. Swim at your own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their children. Use the ramp and dock at your own risk. Dryer and washer are included on reservations of 7 or more nights. Just bring your preferred detergent. Natural pool = man-made saltwater pool. Use at your own risk. Water shoes are mandatory. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.

- Its a non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 for the 1st one and addittional $50 for the 2nd one. - $25 fee for each guest over 5 guests and up to 7 guests. - "Natural" pool, ramp or dock - guests are responsible for the safety of them self, party members and their children while staying with us. All this areas can be dangerous and slippery went is wet. - NO running, NO diving. - Use water shoes if you decided to go in the water. Be careful of any tripping hazards. NO GLASS in or around the water, protect your family members, our sea and future guests. - All swimmers agree to swim entirely at they own risk and in the unlikely event of injury, accidents, loss or damage suffer regardless of however it may be caused, no responsibility howsoever shall be attach to the owners, managers or any employee. - Please make sure nothing get flush down the toilet, only biological disposal. We are close to the water in a septic system. Overflow can cause the automatic termination of your rental without refund and closure of the property uppon an enviromental inspection. - Please, keep gate closed

Surrounded by natural beauty, this secluded residential area offers privacy and serenity, with only a handful of properties dotting the landscape and dirt road. Access essentials within minutes with a nearby gas station, convenience store, fast-food option and a pizza place. The convenience extends to exploring the scenic south and west of Puerto Rico, with easy access to major routes and highway, without being exposed to the noise of the traffic.

Guest Access

Guest have full access to the entire property, dock, ramp and "natural" pool. No extra charge for dock or ramp use. No visitors allowed. The house offers a Kitchenette, not a full kitchen. Laundry access is only available for stays of 7 days or more. Nearby laundromat address can be shared upon request.

Our group had a great time staying here! Simple, clean and comfortable accommodations- our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 teen boys) had plenty of space. We were able to fix simple meals using the grill and hot plate easily. The access to the water was definitely the high point. The boys were able to catch a few fish right from the dock which they loved (with just a couple of cheap poles we grabbed at wal-mart), we did some snorkeling and swam across to the small island to explore. Super private and convenient location: we were able to easily drive over to Ponce to see the sights there and booked a cooking experience one evening with Chef Tony in San German at A2 Tiempos Ays which we absolutely loved and highly recommend! (only about a 30 minute drive from the property I believe). Would recommend and are grateful for the memories we made here!

Thanks for a great stay. The place was clean, quiet and just like the pictures showed. Excellent internet (had to do some work as well). Did a bit of snorkeling (resident young barracuda on the dock, large sting-ray on the Island in front and plenty of fish where the pelicans are as well as on the house on the water next door. Loved the place and hope to come back.

great place awesome location very private clean and the view is beautiful natural pool is a little ruff you are swimming at your own risk need a little tlc on the natural pull but great for jet skys with boat ramp or just snorkeling clear water
