If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park OUTSIDE. Visitor parking, limited amount of visitor parking and is up to 4 hours. $50 fee applies if the visitor stay for more than 4 hrs. - Trash: trash can deposit room is next to the cargo elevator. Just make a left when you get outside the apartment and is next to the cargo elevator. - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please turn off the A/C when you are away - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - No food on bedroom - No parties or events allowed - No smoking or vape allowed - $50 fee - No pets allowed - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. ADDITIONAL FEES: - If guests are found to have had a party or event which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Lost Keys: $100 - Lost parking gate beeper: $125 - Missing items or amenities: you will charge for the same or similar item Lastly, because this is a family community and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. When you arrive, you need to tell the security guard your name and apartment number. He/She will give the access to the building. Take the elevator to 17th floor. Lockbox is located in the apartment door. You can miss it, is pink lol. The beeper for the parking will be on top the dining table.
