Our apartment offers a quiet, breezy and tropical escape for your group. The convenience of having 2 parking spots right across from the building and the pool across the street, plus the beach gate at only a 2-minute walk, makes this place our favorite spot. You will love with this place's breeze! Open all windows and doors feel the breeze and the open space. The big balcony will probably be one of the main areas to spend your time. The meeting place, where we all get together, share jokes, anecdotes and stories. A hammock, a table with chairs, and a domino table are some of the amenities we provide for you to have a real Puerto Rican experience. The pool is located across the street from out building. The beach feels private as there’s a lock gate. Beach volleyball net, palm trees, shadow trees and grass right by the sand, makes this a perfect spot to spend the day by the sea. We provided: chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler—all in an easy-to-take beach cart. A smart TV where you can log in to your streaming accounts will be by the family room– yes, with good WiFI–, modern seats and a dining table for 4 next to it. A bright and fully renovated kitchen with full-size appliances and cookware, plus windows side to side will make cooking-time bright, fresh and pleasant. Get your group of up to 7 comfy. Beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds – including a king size bed in the master– are in place for a good night's rest. A/C's in each one will assure a break from the tropical weather. Each room provides storage space. Both bathrooms has been fully renovate– we understand that very few experiences compare to having a shower in a new bathroom 😉. We have shampoo, conditioner and body wash for you. Plus, a laundry area with a new washer and dryer is available for your to use; just bring your preferred detergent. The complex has a basketball court and tennis court and a children’s playground, all for you to enjoy. Now, that’s only in the apartment and complex. A whole island awaits outside the gates to be explored. We will be more than happy to suggest what to do and what to try while in Naguabo and neighbor towns. Ask us!

Other Details to Note

IMPORTANT RULES: • QUIET TIME is from 10pm to 8am • NO SMOKING or VAPING. A $200 fine will be charged if any trace of smoking is found in the apartment and terrace. • NO PETS ALLOWED. A $100 fine will be charged if any pet's trace is found. • DON'T HANG OBJECTS/TOWELS FROM THE BALCONY RAILINGS • POOL HOURS: 9am - 10pm. IMPORTANT--> You'll need to fill out a pass form with security, as there's a limit of 15 persons at a time in the pool. Please note that eating, drinking, or entering the pool with toys is prohibited, but there's a gazebo right next to it that you can use for that purpose. The beach gear we provide is a beach cart, chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler. *We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the necessary documentation on our end. Utility Service Disclaimer Please note that if there is an interruption in water or electricity service due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible. We do not manage or have any control over the local water or power companies. We guarantee that all utilities are up-to-date prior to each guest’s arrival, and proof of this can be provided if necessary. By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator or water cistern and that the host will not be responsible for any service interruptions caused by external factors. No compensation will be provided for outages or service loss beyond our control.

Welcome to the east side of Puerto Rico. Naguabo is a small coastal town known for it's fishing, seafood restaurants. It extends to the skirts of El Yunque, making it green and lush. Cala de Hucares is a gated, quiet and safe condo complex close to the Malecón de Naguabo. It has direct access to the beach, a community pool and assigned parkings.

my family had to find a last min rental for the week after being stuck during a layover due to the airspace grounding all flights until the end of the week. All other rentals were charging surge prices due to everyone scrambling for places to stay. though an hr away from san juan the city and area is beautiful in its own right. the apt itself was beautiful with a clear view of the ocean and pool which my kids enjoyed everyday. Also, they supplied everything pool and beach related you could think of (floaties, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc) which was a nice treat! it was clean with plenty of space for my fam of 6. the area was safe with security, beach access and a playground! and the price for all this was amazing. they even offered early checkin which we appreciated after all the airport stress we had delt with. Great place to stay on such short notice. Host was responsive and accommodating. TONS of beach gear to take with us for the day (MAJOR PLUS). Loved that the property had a pool.... Beds were SUPER comfy, living room furniture was ok for the short stay but not comfortable enough to relax on (indoor patio furniture). Would def recommend others to stay and get a taste of the east side of the island (completely different vibes then the rest of the island - more locals than tourists, which is a PLUS). The only downside was the naval base located nearby that woke up with their fighter jets (this is not the host's fault, but transparency would have been great. Other than that, 10/10!

Condo was great. Tons of stuff for beach time which was awesome. My son was addicted to time in the hammock. AC in the bedrooms worked great to keep sleeping comfortable—you don’t have to set them as low as you’d think. Walkable distance to the Malecón de Naguabo. Beach is nice and never busy. The windows have jalousie louvers vs panes of glass so if you’re very sensitive to noise when sleeping, that’s just something to be aware of. We visited from just after Christmas up until New Year’s Eve day, so fireworks and caravanas were loud, but didn’t go until all hours of the night. We just turned on sleep sounds on a tablet for our son to cover some of the sound, but it was fairly quiet by 11 each night. A house near the complex put on quite the fireworks show every night of our stay which was fun!
