Welcome to Grand View. This 2-independent-floor house offers comfortable space for up to 6 guests. looking a place for up to 8 guests? Contact us, we have the option available. The main/top floor of the property offers our guests two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen-dining-family area with TV, a large balcony, and a garage (storage) with an automatic door. Perfect for up to 4 guests in total privacy. Now with a king bed in the master bedroom for an ultimate retreat and comfort. The downstairs features a beautiful and spacious studio with a third bedroom, right by the pool and covered terrace. It contains a full bathroom, kitchen, A/C, smart TV, sofa, and dining table. Perfect for up to 2 guests. Where is the best area of this amazing property? The pool! Enjoy the amazing view of Culebra, the east side of the big island of Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean Sea. Create memories with your loved ones at the pool, playing the life size games like Connect 4, enjoying music videos, or using your streaming apps on the exterior smart TV. Cook amazing meals at the BBQ, a perfect match for the pool area, and have dinner at the exterior dining table. Do you like art? Do not miss our beautiful mural from Jose, a local artist. Other Details to Note
No paper towels provided, sorry. Due to several incidents with paper towels in the sewered drainage, no matter how much we provide plenty of toilet paper, and after a few thousand in repairs, we made the decision to remove the paper towels. You will have available microfiber towels. PLEASE: Do not flush anything down the toilet, anything except biological waste. No paper, no hygiene items, no wet towels, no intimate protection, no diapers. Thanks for your help with this! We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.
