We’ll have some cooking basics, coffee pods, ground coffee, sugar, cool water, and a few local beers waiting for you. There are two bathrooms, so everyone has plenty of space. Direct access to the lagoon from the condo's rear gate. Across the street you have the best beach in the area, La Playita del Condado. No pool facilities in the apartment complex, but day passes are available across the street at Condado Plaza Hotel. Now, why a pool? when you have a Caribbean beach! Please note that we strive to give our guests comfort and quality. Please care for the amenities we provide. Use makeup removers. Damaged items will be charged as follows: - Bedding, $100 - Towels, $15 - Spa robes $100 We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. The idea behind this project was to have a place that would serve as a vacation paradise, as well as a business accommodation with the essence of comfort, ambience, and tranquility when away from home. The privacy you will encounter within the apartment will keep you away from the hectic traffic of spectators and faulty privacy found in big hotels; yet with the essence of metropolitan lifestyle in a tourist area. Puerto Rico is just like the name means, a rich port, and is full of exciting experiences right in the heart of the Caribbean. The security of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as a US territory has the advantage of the rest of the Caribbean Islands. From homeland security, first world technology, and healthcare, Puerto Rico still enjoys the natural wonders and beauty of the Caribbean. Make this your temporary paradise and hopefully your vacation home. Come and enjoy what the Flamboyan apartment has to offer. The spectacular ocean view will invite you to meditate or to enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking a perfect sunset.
