If your reservation is for a group or third party, please share the apartment information before you book. Remember, no dryer. This is a humble apartment complex in the middle of the Villas de Castro neighborhood at the top of the hill. This complex is still recovering from Hurricane Maria, and finally the complex started to be painted. We update the pictures several times during the year, so you will find exactly what you see in the pictures. We offer an affordable, secure, and home-likeplace. The mini-split A/C units are only for the bedrooms. We had to install a protection system in the A/C units; past guests abused the units trying to cool off the entire apartment. If the units turn off, it is the system protection. Are you doing a booking for more than 30 days? Utilities are included, but due to the abuse of past guests, there will be a gap in the power bill of $150. If it goes over, we will send you the bill and charge you the difference. Utility Service Disclaimer We guarantee that all utilities are up-to-date prior to each guest’s arrival, and proof of this can be provided if necessary. By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator. We have a water cistern.

House rules: - Keep noises at minimum after 8pm - Check out after 8pm or check in before 7am—please leave your luggage in the car. Avoid noises on the stairs - Wash your dishes after uses - PARKING: Only 1 parking spot is provided in front of building B. This parking is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If you have larger/longer cars or more than one car, you can park OUTSIDE. No visitor parking - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please turn off the A/C when you are away - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - No food on bedrooms - No parties or events allowed - No smoking or vaping allowed - If you have a pet, it's your responsibility. Any cost for extra cleaning, guest will be responsible for extra charges - If guests are found to have had a party or event that results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Lastly, because this is a working-class community, not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in Caguas, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. Neighborhood

This is a peaceful and working class apartment complex of 6 clusters and 4 floors per cluster, my cluster has only 8 apartments. This complex is at the top of the hill in the middle of a neighborhood, it's a safe place surrounding by Gurabo and San Lorenzo mountains and Caguas valley view. In the neighborhood you will find a pharmacy, fresh fruits and vegetable stand, Hot Dog stand, hardware store, bakery, pizzeria, sculptures & other restaurants. This is not a luxury complex, is a safe and humble working class complex.

Guest Access

You will get access to the whole apartment, including the laundry. Yes! you can use the washer, just bring your laundry detergent. No dryer.

Very beautiful home. The house had everything we needed for my trip. Close to Walmart and local supermarkets. Also close to good restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. 30 to 45 minute drive to el yunque and San Juan which was very good for me due to having close enough range from popular attractions but still in a local area that is very calm, quiet, and peaceful and away from touristy area.

Find us

In Puerto Rico the public transportation is poor, we recommend you rent a car. If you want to go to the east, south or west of Puerto Rico the best time from the apartment is the morning. If you want to go to San Juan the best time is after 10am and for return before 4pm or after 7pm.
