This gated apartment complex is in a prime location in Caguas, right on Ave. Degetau, one of the city's main avenues. It's just 30 minutes from San Juan, 45 minutes from Ponce, and 5 minutes from the highway (depending on traffic). Nearby, you'll find hospitals, malls, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, the Caguas Botanical Garden, Caguas Real Golf Course, Pork Highway, universities, and more. Plus, it's within walking distance to one of Caguas' top bakeries, La Borinqueña. This first-floor apartment comes fully equipped, with A/C units in all the bedrooms. It includes a handicap parking spot conveniently located next to the exit gate. Ideal for a couple or a family of up to 6 guests. Please note: no pets, events, or smoking are allowed.

PLEASE ALWAYS PARK IN REVERSE! It's a building complex requirement. Only 1 parking available, any extra cars can use free street parking. This is a family apartment complex, smoking in common areas or being noisy in the hallways areas are not allowed. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end. Utility Service Disclaimer Please note that if there is an interruption in water or electricity service due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible. 28 days + reservations: utilities are included. Due some abuses from past guests, for stays for 28 nights or more it is a gap in the power bill for $150 per month. Any excessive power use will be the guests responsibility. By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator or water cistern. No compensation will be provided for outages or service loss beyond our control.

This is a family residential apartment complex. Please be quiet in the hallways and be a good neighbor with the TV volume. Do not make unnecessary noises. Basketball court and playground available.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire apartment and the apartment complex common areas. This is a gated community. For this reason, the lockbox is located next to the pedestrian gate on the back of building 1 (Street 1). The remote access control for the gate will be inside the apartment. There’s a fee of $100 (each) in case the keys or the remote control or keys are lost. Only 1 key set provided.
