We serve as missionaries in Philadelphia PA in a tough environment through Philly Dream Center. We needed a time to decompress and come down of our busy lives. This was the perfect place. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Laura was the best host. The restful environment was a slice of heaven. We will for sure come back.

Laura was incredibly warm and welcoming. Her home is absolutely stunning and the surrounding views are truly breathtaking. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of San Juan. Falling asleep to the sound of coquis and waking up to serene views of Lake Cidra was such a peaceful experience. There’s so much to explore on the property from the charming “Casa del Abuelo” to the actual filming location of Bad Bunny’s Pitorro de Coco music video. Yes, it’s all right there on Laura’s land! Staying here was a unique and unforgettable experience for our family. We especially loved cooking outdoors and sipping our morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the hammock or one of the many cozy seating areas around the property. An amazing stay all around & Laura was such an amazing host - 100% recommend.

My family of four (and our dog) loved our stay at Laura’s place. It’s even better than the pictures. The view is amazing and the home is unique and comfortable. Loved that it was partially open so we could enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. Laura is a gem, very nice and she made sure we felt welcome. God bless her!

Laura’s place is a gem . Beautiful surrounded by nature , quiet , peaceful and Laura makes you feel like family. She’s awesome , so attentive and friendly . We felt as we were visiting family . The rental has all the needed amenities. It’s a unique experience and we are so glad we were able to enjoy as much as we did .

Just a lovely place to stay. Laura is a kind, generous, and fantastic host. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. The place is gorgeous. This was our (me, wife, 17 year old son) first visit to PR and this beautiful spot in the mountains was such a great place to be. The view of the balcony is amazing. The hike down the lake and back is so fun. The fish were jumping like crazy. The museums she has created are remarkable and Laura is an expert historian. We did a bunch of day trips from the AirBNB which worked out well, though it did involve a lot of driving and exploring which I enjoy so that was all good. But we liked the space so much it was tough to leave each day. Thank you Senora Laura!

Laura was the sweetest host I have ever stayed with. This Airbnb was on one of the most beautiful properties with an amazing view. Her directions were accurate as the property resides in the mountains of Cidra. Her spirit was warm and inviting, she almost felt like mi titi o mi abuela. She preserves the culture of the island and her family throughout the property, displaying cultural and historical small museums on the land to explore. Not to mention a beautiful walk and entrance to el Rio. The nature is stunning. The customer service was excellent. 10/10 stay. Can’t wait to come back!

To fully embrace and enjoy this lake and mountain retreat in Cidra, Puerto Rico, having a car is required. Uber service is limited and public transportation is limited. Luis Munoz Marin International Airport: 56 minutes We're excited to provide you with a recommended route to our property that offers a scenic and pleasant journey. While there is a shorter route that goes through mountains and rural roads, we suggest taking an alternative path that offers several benefits, using Hwy 52, Rd 156, and Rd 173. The suggested route will take you through charming towns and beautiful countryside, allowing you to take in the picturesque landscapes and perhaps even stop at some local attractions along the way, like the Botanical Garden in Caguas (Jardin Botánico). You'll find well-maintained roads, rest areas, and facilities readily available, ensuring your journey is as comfortable as possible. We are close to Monasterio Santa Clara - if you are looking for a reference, this is the closest one.
