This apartment complex was severely damaged by Hurricane Maria. Now, 7-8 years later, some common areas have not been restored or demolished because of insurance/legal reasons. The process has been long, but this still doesn't keep us from enjoying Culebra and this property. Please note that the beach gear we provide is beach chairs, towels, and a small cooler. No umbrella, snorkeling, or beach pad. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end. Utility Service Disclaimer Please note that if there is an interruption in water or electricity service due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible. We do not manage or have any control over the local water or power companies. We guarantee that all utilities are up-to-date prior to each guest’s arrival, and proof of this can be provided if necessary. By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator or water cistern and that the host will not be responsible for any service interruptions caused by external factors. No compensation will be provided for outages or service loss beyond our control.
