In this fully renovated studio, you'll have the essentials to spend an unforgettable stay. Small yet fully equipped kitchen (no oven), full bathroom, closet space, TV, dining area, and the highlight of this studio: the spacious balcony. Grab the beach chairs and cooler and walk down to the only swimmable beach in Condado- La Playita del Condado. From the back of the building you will be able to access the lagoon. A space to enjoy nature's sounds and views. Our condominium has backup power for common areas and elevators. Please read: - Late check-in: If your check-in is after 11pm, there's a $20 fee. - Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, only on the main floor (fines may apply). A paid parking lot is available right in front of the building if needed; however, we are not responsible for its availability, fees, or payments. - This condo has some short term rentals, but the majority are occupied by long term residents. Please take this in consideration. Also be kind inside the elevator and the hallways. Courtesy and respect are the key to a healthy environment. - Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am (fines can apply). * We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end. House Rules

Do not eat on bed. You have the dining table for 2 and the bar area with bar stools for 2. Please be quiet in hallways and sharing spaces with residents - from 10pm to 7am you will be fined $100 by HOA for any excessive noise. Be respectful with residents when using the elevator. Park your vehicle in between lines and remember first come first serve basis. Use trash cans (located close to laundry / parking area) and do not leave trash inside the studio. Keep balcony sliding doors closed when the A/C is on. Do not re arrange the furniture, the only one you can move is the dining table but return it inside when you finish. Help us to maintain our furniture in good shape for your next visit. Turn-off the A/C mini split unit when you leave, help us to keep our prices low. No smoking or vaping inside the studio or condo facilities. ($100 HOA Fined) No towels on balconies ($100 HOA fined) No parking for visitors, only 1 parking spot available on 1st floor. First come first serve basic. If you arrive and is no parking available, you have to paid parking crossing the street. Some times, other guest abuse of this benefit affecting the other guest/residents. Please send a message if this happen to contact HOA. No visitors Lost key or gate beeper will cost $200 each Late check-in (after 11pm) $20 fee

Guest Access

HOA does not allow lockbox outside, so please read carefully about our check in process. - Use the intercom to get your first access to the building through the iron gate and glass door at the same time. Do it quickly so you don't get stuck in the middle. - If you have a car, you need to park outside or have your partner get inside first to pick up the keys and gate beeper inside the studio. - Find the elevator in the lobby and press 11th floor. The door you see at your right when you get outside , that's our door. A smart lock code will be provided for check-in. - Inside you will find the keys and the beeper for the vehicle gate. Please remember to keep it safe. There's a $150 fine per each if missing. - Check-in time is between 3pm and 11pm. Any check-in after, please ask first. Remember, we need to open the pedestrian gate and building door for you and need to be pending.

Karem was a wonderful host, and the studio was absolutely perfect. The location in Condado could not be better; right in the heart of everything, with easy walking access to great food, upscale restaurants, Starbucks, the beach, and drug stores. The condo itself was cozy, well laid out, and exactly what I was looking for in a studio. The views were great, and the stay was comfortable and seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here.

The two of us were thrilled to be staying in this location for our first visit to Puerto Rico. We rented a car, and were always able to find parking in the allowed space in front of the apartment building - great to receive a gate beeper for easy access. We loved being able to connect quickly to Old San Juan, Santurce, El Coliseo and other areas we wanted to visit. Phenomenal view of both the lagoon and the ocean - we were able to see manatees in the lagoon from our balcony!

It was our first time in Puerto Rico and we truly enjoyed our stay! Karem’s place is exactly as listed and was in the heart of everything. The beach was walking distance and there are several restaurants in the area that one could walk to. You can also easily Uber to Old San Juan and La Placita if you’re wanting to explore them as well. This space was a gem to find. Never had an issue and the host rapidly responded if we had a question. I would recommend staying here in a heart beat. We can’t wait to be back!

We had a lovely stay at Karem’s place in San Juan, Puerto Rico! It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Puerto Rico so we had no idea what to expect. Karem’s place was clean, had a balcony with a gorgeous view. The apartment was on the top floor which we loved because we could see the ocean and lake so clearly. The building is located right on the Ashford strip that has lots going on which is great to walk places. The apartment is located perfectly that allows for the perfect quiet when it’s time to whine down. AC was lovely after a hot, muggy day out. The water runs smooth and great temperature. We had friends that also visited PR during our time there & they didn’t get so lucky @ their spot being it had a huge roach issue (found to be common in PR), we were so thrilled and relieved that Karem’s place was serene. The hosts were extremely responsive when needed and so friendly! We did wish there were more towels and a little extra space to hang towel or clothes, but no biggie! 🇵

This has to be one of my favorite air bnb’s that I have stayed at. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the area we stayed at was unbelievably beautiful. We appreciated the extra utilities that were provided for us; and our host was so helpful when it came to instructions . If you are going to Puerto Rico , I 100% recommend this place !!

We have enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as described, clean, homey and with immaculate views. Airbnb was in a walkable distance from the beach, lots of food places, car rentals and other locations you may need! Host was very nice and quick to respond, we absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again ☺️☺️
