Free street parking, no garage on premises. You can park around the house on the street or cross the property in the green area. You can see it from the balcony. Also, some noises can occur, especially during weekends. Veterans venue close by the property; sometimes music concerts can happen on the boardwalk and music from cars or restaurants. Be aware that we cannot control any of these noises. You are renting the 2nd floor. If we have guests on the 1st floor, you will share the patio, BBQ, laundry, and exterior bathroom with the 1st-floor guests. If you want a private experience or to bring more family and friends, you can rent the entire unit for an affordable price for up to 15 guests. Just ask us for the link. - Beach Gear Included: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs and cooler. * As a Caribbean island, roosters, cats, dogs, hens, and chickens roam freely around the area. * Insect repellent is highly recommended. As in any beach location, there is a possibility of being bitten by insects while enjoying the sand and water. Commonly known as gnats, sand fleas, no-see-ums or biting midges, these tiny biting insects are barely visible to the naked eye, but their bites can be irritating and their effects can be felt several hours after being bitten. A small reddish or whitish welt about the size of a freckle is a sure sign that you’ve been bitten. Thankfully, these bites are not harmful to human health, but sure are annoying! Protect yourself and your family by applying insect repellent when you are outside. For your convenience, we offer complimentary insect repellent which you’ll find in our property. *Please note that the beach gear we provide is beach chairs, towels and a backpack cooler. No snorkeling or beach pad. Keep in mind that inventories in Culebra are limited. If any of this beach gear is not present, it means the replacement is not available on the island. No compensation will be granted for the lack of any of this beach gear. *Bring your medications with you. *We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.
