Cangrejo Beach House provides a truly Puerto Rican experience, located in the fisherman village of Cangrejo Beach and within walking distance of Arroyo Malecon (Boardwalk). Boricua owner, from the way he lives to you. Live Boricua! This house is located on the 2nd floor; you need to use the stairs to access the house. Decorated with local art, this house offers you a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4. Your family has 2 full bathrooms, 1 inside the house with access from the master bedroom or kitchen. The 2nd one is on the outside and is a shared bathroom next to the entertainment area patio. If you are outside the property and need to use the bathroom, you will have easy access to it. For sleeping, your family has 2 bedrooms with A/C. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed. We highly recommend this house for 4 guests, but if you have kids or small adults, they can sleep on the sleeping sofa with a ceiling fan. Accommodating in total 6 guests. Enjoy the beach breeze from the balcony with a breathtaking view of the park and beach. Witness the Puerto Rican fisherman life from the balcony during the morning with your Puerto Rican coffee (provided) or with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.

Other Details to Note

Free street parking, no garage on premises. You can park around the house on the street or cross the property in the green area. You can see it from the balcony. Also, some noises can occur, especially during weekends. Veterans venue close by the property; sometimes music concerts can happen on the boardwalk and music from cars or restaurants. Be aware that we cannot control any of these noises. You are renting the 2nd floor. If we have guests on the 1st floor, you will share the patio, BBQ, laundry, and exterior bathroom with the 1st-floor guests. If you want a private experience or to bring more family and friends, you can rent the entire unit for an affordable price for up to 15 guests. Just ask us for the link. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. We are not responsible if you park on yellow line (restricted parking) or in handicaps parkin (Blue line) and receive a fine. No smoking inside the property or balcony. Smoke or vape outside the premises and please dispose the cigarettes' but in the trash can, not on floors or sand. Parties or events not allowed on premises. You can do and event (Like a birthday party) on public area park crossing the street from the property. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. For extra guest, please send us a message and if we approved, a small fee apply. IMPORTANT: we do not provide any inflated mattress. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Use of BBQ is free. MUST be left CLEAN before check out. ( failure to do so will incur in $80.00 additional fee) Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony, beach, public park and backyard. We are not responsible for any accident. No pets in bedrooms allowed. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Specially the gas stove! Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

Arroyo is part of the southern coastal valley of the island, where the caribbean sea washes our shores. This is a beachfront property on a fishermen's village. You will find the locals playing dominoes, the fishermen preparing everything for a day at sea and kids playing around. I found this picture just amazing, especially because I'm from the city. It's a place I just fell in love with. Walking distance, you will find the nightlife with restaurants, bars, playgrounds for kids, boardwalks, and more. Just hang out like a local!

The stay was great. The place was clean and spotless and perfect if you want to be local in town. Was an ideal location for visiting family in a neighboring town. Has all the basic things you would need for your stay. Loved it.

The apt was exactly as pictured, comfortable and clean. Thanks for the bottled water n the café. Moka pot appreciated! The A/C was good for sleeping. Hearing the ocean is the best sleep aide. Wifi worked well and on a rainy night we watched some Netflix. The host is super, responded quickly to my email. Overall a terrific visit. much better than air mattress at the family. ❤️

Find us

You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, cafes, kids parks and bars. Now, we highly recommend having a car and exploring the southeast of Puerto Rico. If you love animals and want to do some voluntary help, the biggest animal sanctuary is close by. Santuario Canita is a heaven for the puertorrican satos and animals. Please help and teach your kids compassion to others' living creatures. If you like to play golf, El Legado Gulf Resort, in just 23 minutes, driving away.
