You will enjoy the 1st floor of this 2-story beachfront house without sad stories about power outages. Inside you will have 3 bedrooms with A/C: - Master bedroom with a king bed - 2nd bedroom with a double bed - 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed (twin and double beds) Perfect and recommended for up to 7 guests. Bigger group? No worries, a full-size sleeping sofa is available in the living room, having 9 guests in total. A sleeping sofa is recommended for kids or small adults. Enjoy the Caribbean breeze in the balcony hammocks and push the breeze inside the house with the ceiling fan in the living room and the wall fan in the kitchen. You will enjoy an equipped kitchen and a full shower bathroom. No oven. Outside you have the shared: - Laundry - Full shower bathroom - Beach chairs - BBQ and utensils available. Across the street, a beautiful grass path is the road to the beach. Experience the true experience of the fisherman leaving in the morning and arriving in the afternoon with fresh fish. Other Details to Note

-Street free parking. - We can not control noises from the veteran venue, boardwalk, or cars passing by. - You are renting the 1st floor; we can have guests on the 2nd floor. Please respect others and their vacations. - Beach Gear Included: Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler. - Solar battery backup system - in case of an outage event. Use the energy with measurements. Batteries have a lifetime when there is no sun. We highly recommend not leaving the AC on when you are not at home. In a power outage you want to use the AC when you are at home. Not draining the batteries when no one is at home. - Dining table replaced in September 2025; new pictures soon. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.

Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. We are not responsible if you park on yellow line (restricted parking) or in handicaps parkin (Blue line) and receive a fine. No smoking inside the property or balcony. Smoke or vape outside the premises and please dispose the cigarettes' but in the trash can, not on floors or sand. Parties or events not allowed on premises. You can do and event (Like a birthday party) on public area park crossing the street from the property. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. For extra guest, please send us a message and if we approved, a small fee apply. IMPORTANT: we do not provide any inflated mattress. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Use of BBQ is free. MUST be left CLEAN before check out. ( failure to do so will incur in $80.00 additional fee) Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony, beach, public park and backyard. We are not responsible for any accident. No pets in bedrooms allowed. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Specially the gas stove! Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

Cangrejo Beach House provides a truly Puertorrican experience, located at the fisherman village of Cangrejo Beach and walking distance from Arroyo malecon (Broadwalk). You are renting the 1st floor. You will have a step to get access to the patio area and 3 steps to get inside the house. Balcony with only 1 step. Decorated with local art, this house offers all you need for a perfect getaway with your loved ones. The 2nd floor is also available for rent. In some instances, another family will be using upstairs. Also if you want to rent the whole house, you can do it. Your family has 1 full bathroom inside and a sharing full bathroom on the outside. For sleeping, your family has 3 bedrooms with A/C. Master bedroom with a King bed, 2nd bedroom with full bed and a 3rd bedroom with a bunkbed, full, and twin. We highly recommend this house for 7 guest, but if you have kids or small adults, they can sleep in the sleeping sofa with a ceiling fan. Accommodating in total 9 guests. Enjoy the breeze from the balcony with the view to the park and bench. Witness the Puertorrican fisherman life from the balcony during the morning with your puertorrican coffee (provided) or with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.

Very cute beachy themed apartment right across from the beach with a small porch to sit and listen to and watch the waves while you drink your coffee. Nice quiet safe area. Definitely keeping on my favorites list.

The location is perfect—everything is walkable, with great restaurants, live music, and an amazing atmosphere all around. The house itself is cozy, spotless, and very comfortable, with easy access to everything we needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Host The host was fantastic—extremely attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. We truly felt cared for from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall We would absolutely book this home again. It’s a beautiful place, in a perfect location, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!
