Designed with meticulous attention to detail, our two bathrooms offer a spa-like escape. Enjoy automatic water heaters, rain showers, and manual jet hoses for ultimate relaxation. Your Peace of Mind Our condominium is a secure, private building, offering a safe environment for all our guests. It also features a water cistern and power generator for all the building and it's apartments to grant uninterrupted service.

Other Details to Note

Direct access to the lagoon from the condo's rear gate. Across the street you have the best beach in the area, La Playita del Condado. Plus, we are a short walk away from Escambrón Beach, another beauty. Our condo does not have a pool, but we do have a few hotels nearby that offer a "Resort Pass" for a fee.. VIP Adventures operates from a space on the condo's main floor. You can rent bikes, water sports equipment, and book tours. Please note that we strive to give our guests comfort and quality. Please care for the amenities we provide. Use makeup removers. Damaged items will be charged as follows: - Bedding, $100 - Towels, $15 - Spa robes $100 We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.

In-unit laundry for your convenience. Just bring your preferred laundry detergent. Self Check-in: The lockbox is located next to the intercom-on the main pedestrian gate. When you arrive, you need to park outside or have your partner get the keys and parking gate card found inside lockbox #. We will send you the lockbox code on check-in day. One free parking space: Use any unassigned parking spot that is available. Only park your vehicle in any uncovered parking; otherwise, it will result in a fine.

Getting around from this location is easy and convenient. The property is located on Ashford Avenue, one of Condado’s main streets, where guests can walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, hotels, bars, and nearby attractions. For exploring beyond Condado, rideshare services and taxis are readily available and are the easiest way to get around San Juan. Old San Juan, Distrito T-Mobile, La Placita de Santurce, Isla Verde, and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport are all a short drive away, making this a great home base for guests who want to enjoy both the city and the beach. A rental car is not necessary if guests plan to stay mostly around Condado and San Juan, but it can be helpful for day trips around the island. Street parking may be limited, so guests should plan accordingly if bringing a vehicle. Our building has parking on a first-come, first-served basis
