This listing is for the lower-level apartment only, not the upper home or the full house. If we have a guest on the upper label, a guest report they hear them walking. Never happened to me, but I want to be transparent. Roosters, horses, cats, and other domestic animals roam freely on the island. Roosters' early concerts are common in Vieques. The apartment is private, comfortable, and well-equipped, but it is a simple island-style space rather than a luxury resort setting. A/C is available in the bedroom only. Fans are available in the living area. Open the windows and enjoy the island breeze. Vieques is a rural island with nature sounds, roosters, and a slower pace of services. We respond as quickly as possible if anything comes up, but some island services may take longer than they would in a major city. This stay is best for guests who value peace, privacy, location, and good value while spending most of their time exploring Vieques.

Please avoid loud music, parties, yelling, or excessive noise after 9:00 PM. - No trash left outside or around the property. Please place all trash in the designated trash area and avoid leaving garbage in the yard, parking area, or outdoor spaces. - Report damages or accidents promptly. Accidents happen. If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it quickly. - Report maintenance issues right away. Vieques is an island off the main island of Puerto Rico, which can make services, repairs, and supplies more limited or slower than usual. If any appliance, utility, or equipment is not working properly, please notify us immediately so we can do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The Vieques ferry terminal is located in Isabel Segunda, and the airport is on PR-200 in the Florida area. Parking is available at the property. Down the driveway in the backyard. Roads in Vieques can be rural, narrow, dark at night, and shared with local wildlife, so we recommend driving carefully, especially after sunset.
