- Please respect the local community. Vieques is a peaceful island community, and we ask guests to be mindful of neighbors and the surrounding area. - Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please avoid loud music, parties, yelling, or excessive noise after 10:00 PM. Remember you can have guests downstairs in the back apartment. - There is a jacuzzi on the back balcony near the outdoor shower. The jacuzzi is NOT FOR GUEST USE and must not be filled or used at any time. Filling or using it is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fee. Guests may use the outdoor shower only. - No parties or events. This home is intended for registered guests only. - Do not leave trash around the property. Please use the designated trash area and avoid leaving garbage in the yard, balconies, parking area, or outdoor spaces. - Report damages or accidents promptly. Accidents happen. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it quickly. - Report maintenance issues right away. Vieques is an island off Puerto Rico’s main island, so services, repairs, and supplies can be limited or slower than usual. If any appliance, utility, or equipment is not working properly, please inform us immediately so we can do our best to resolve it quickly.

Inter-island travel to/from mainland Puerto Rico is by scheduled small planes (commercial/regional carriers) to Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport (VQS) and by ferry service (passenger and vehicle ferries) operating between Ceiba (on main island PR) and Vieques. Plan extra time for ferries and flights — schedules can be limited and change seasonally.
