The property also has a spacious grass area with tropical plants and trees, including avocado, sugarcane, breadfruit, plantains, papaya, quenepas, and other fruit trees. The Space The second floor is a spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath home with sleeping space for up to 7 guests. Enjoy A/C in all bedrooms and common areas, tall ceilings, a wraparound balcony, a dining room, a living room with a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodate up to 7 guests. A carport with space for 2–3 vehicles is available. Important Update for Stays Beginning After July 4: - This listing is for the private second-floor home only. For stays beginning after July 4, Unit A on the first floor will be reserved as a separate private apartment for the property’s on-site caretakers. They have their own private living space and do not share the second-floor home or your private indoor areas. Their role is to help maintain the property, including pool care, landscaping, maintenance needs, and emergencies if assistance is needed. For stays beginning on or before July 4, guests will continue to be the only guests on the property, as currently listed. Your group’s privacy and comfort remain the priority throughout your stay.
