Vieques Good Vibe House is a relaxed, budget-friendly stay for travelers who want a practical home base near the ferry, downtown Isabel Segunda, local food, nightlife, and the beach. If you plan to spend your days exploring the island and want a place that is simple, spacious, and well located, this is the kind of stay that makes sense. What guests love most here is the location. You can walk from the ferry terminal to the house, then continue on foot to restaurants, bars, markets, the town plaza, and Playa Los Muertos / Sea Glass Beach. That means less hassle coordinating transportation and more freedom to enjoy Vieques at your own pace. This property works especially well for larger groups who want to stay together while keeping costs manageable. The home includes two separate levels with a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, giving your group flexibility without the price point of a luxury property. The second level is a wooden upper floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hot water, and an open dining / entertainment / kitchenette area. It can host up to 8 guests. The first level is a concrete apartment in the back with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. It can host up to 7 guests. Please note that the downstairs bathroom does not have hot water. You will also have air conditioning in the bedrooms for added comfort after a day at the beach or out around town, plus Wi-Fi to stay connected during your trip. This is not a luxury villa, and that is exactly the point. Many places in Vieques focus on upscale finishes and resort-style presentation. Vieques Good Vibe House offers something different: a casual, Caribbean, good-vibes-only stay for travelers who value location, simplicity, and price over polished luxury.

If hot water is important to you, our second floor has a water heater on the shower. Kitchen: Basic setup, great for simple meals. Not equipped for large or elaborate cooking. The ground-floor unit is located at the back of the property, making it ideal for guests with mobility considerations. Vibe: This is a budget property. • This is a pet free property. No animals are allowed. • Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed anywhere inside the property. Please respect this rule—any evidence of smoking or vaping may result in additional cleaning fees. • Parties and events are not allowed, out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain a peaceful environment. • No infants. Children must be 6 years or older. • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times to respect our neighbors and the community. • Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for a smooth transition for all guests. • Please help us take care of the home by keeping it tidy during your stay and leaving it as you found it. Wash your dishes after use, and place all trash in the designated bins. • No rearranging of furniture, and please do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms. • If anything is damaged or breaks during your stay, notify us as soon as possible so it can be addressed promptly.
