We offer 2 induction cooktops with 1 burner each. No electric or gas stove. Hot water only in the shower. No oven. Corner shower - 36" the biggest one available. No lifeguard on premises. Dryer and washer are included on reservations of 7 or more nights. Just bring your preferred detergent. Natural pool = man-made saltwater pool. Use at your own risk. Water shoes are mandatory. The house had everything we needed and worked perfectly for us. We have stayed many places on the island and would stay here again.

Simple, clean and comfortable accommodations- our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 teen boys) had plenty of space. We were able to fix simple meals using the grill and hot plate easily. The access to the water was definitely the high point. The boys were able to catch a few fish right from the dock which they loved (with just a couple of cheap poles we grabbed at wal-mart), we did some snorkeling and swam across to the small island to explore. Super private and convenient location: we were able to easily drive over to Ponce to see the sights there and booked a cooking experience one evening with Chef Tony in San German at A2 Tiempos Ays which we absolutely loved and highly recommend! (only about a 30 minute drive from the property I believe). Would recommend and are grateful for the memories we made here!
