Visitor parking, limited amount of visitor parking and is up to 4 hours. $50 fee applies if the visitor stay for more than 4 hrs. - Trash: trash can deposit room is next to the cargo elevator. Just make a left when you get outside the apartment and is next to the cargo elevator. - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. Honestamente, ME ENCANTÓ este Airbnb y no quería irme 💔. Me encariñé emocionalmente 😂. Algunas cosas que me encantaron: 1. El estacionamiento: el garaje está detrás de dos portones de seguridad. Es muy agradable poder estacionar tu auto todos los días sin preocuparte por un robo. También es MUY bueno tener el auto fuera del sol caliente. 2. La ubicación de este lugar es excelente. Cerca de todo en San Juan. También cerca de la autopista. Río Piedras tiene muchas joyas escondidas (la sucursal de 787 Coffee en Río Piedras es increíble). Además, está cerca del tren, la UPR, el supermercado Pueblo y Planet Fitness. 3. La cocina está bien equipada para una estadía larga. Es genial que proporcionen café, una licuadora, horno, microondas, etc. 4. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien para enfriar el apartamento. Rio Piedras has a lot of hidden gems - (787 coffee rio piedras location is amazing). Also close to the train, the UPR, Pueblo grocery store and Planet Fitness. 3. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay. It’s nice they provide coffee, a blender, have an oven, microwave, etc. 4. The AC worked well to cool the apartment. I set a timer on it every day when I went to work and came back to a cool apartment 😎. 5. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations. I wish I didn’t have to leave but hope the next guest enjoy it as much as I did
