Welcome to Grand View, a spacious two-level Vieques retreat designed for families, couples, or groups who want privacy, views, and a true island experience. This home offers comfortable space for up to 6 guests. Need room for up to 8? Contact us; we may have an option available. The main/top floor includes two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a TV, a large balcony, and garage storage with an automatic door. The master bedroom now features a king bed for extra comfort, and the living room includes a queen sofa for additional flexibility—bedding is available for more than 7 guest reservations. The downstairs studio is located by the pool and covered terrace. It includes a bed, full bathroom, kitchen, A/C, smart TV, sofa, and dining table. It is ideal for guests who want their own private space while still enjoying the same incredible views. But the best part of Grand View? The pool area. Relax with panoramic views of Culebra, the Caribbean Sea, and the east coast of Puerto Rico. Enjoy the outdoor dining area, BBQ, exterior smart TV, life-size games, sun loungers, and plenty of space to make memories with your group. Love art? Don’t miss our beautiful mural by José, a local artist. It is perfect for photos and a colorful touch of Vieques charm. About our tropical landscaping around the home. Sadly, on May 15, 2026, we had a plague, and the gardener's recommendation was to chop down and let the garden grow again. We are still crying, but hoping for the best for our garden. Heading to the beach? We’ve got you covered. Inside the garage, you’ll find beach chairs, umbrellas, balls, and other beach essentials for your adventure. And for our guests who read older reviews: the neighboring rooster farm that affected some stays earlier this year was removed on April 30, 2026. The roosters have officially checked out. 🐓✈️ Vieques is still Vieques, so you may see or hear free-roaming chickens, horses, cats, dogs, and other island characters, but the specific rooster-farm situation is no longer there.
