For everyone’s safety and harmony, we kindly ask you to supervise your pets during your stay. - The cabin is set apart for your privacy, though you may meet other guests exploring the ranch, and the friendly ranch dogs may join you on your walks. - If you intend to explore the Ranch, make sure you stay on the mark tire tracks. The only areas off-limits are the other cabins, ranch equipment, and horse stables. - No events or parties are allowed without prior authorization. - We offer a quiet place for guests to unwind. No loud music or noise is allowed. By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator or water cistern and that the host will not be responsible for any service interruptions caused by external factors.

You're free to roam freely across the ranch: wander through rolling hills, discover beautiful ocean viewpoints, and immerse yourself in nature. Please stick to the marked roads & trails, and avoid working farm areas (for your safety!). We have 2 other cabins at Rancho Guayacán -please avoid the other cabins for our guests' privacy. Rent two or all three cabins at Rancho Guayacán for your group. We are also available for events! Just ask! We will be glad to help :)
