*Free street parking. *We can not control noises from the veteran venue, boardwalk, or cars passing by. *You are renting the 1st floor; we can have guests on the 2nd floor. Batteries have a lifetime when there is no sun. We highly recommend not leaving the AC on when you are not at home. In a power outage you want to use the AC when you are at home. As in any beach location, there is a possibility of being bitten by insects while enjoying the sand and water. Commonly known as gnats, sand fleas, no-see-ums or biting midges, these tiny biting insects are barely visible to the naked eye, but their bites can be irritating and their effects can be felt several hours after being bitten. A small reddish or whitish welt about the size of a freckle is a sure sign that you’ve been bitten. Thankfully, these bites are not harmful to human health, but sure are annoying! Protect yourself and your family by applying insect repellent when you are outside. For your convenience, we offer complimentary insect repellent which you’ll find in our property. *Bring your medications with you. *Remember that to reach the property, explore and enjoy the area a car is a must. *We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We are not responsible if you park on yellow line (restricted parking) or in handicaps parkin (Blue line) and receive a fine. No smoking inside the property or balcony. Smoke or vape outside the premises and please dispose the cigarettes' but in the trash can, not on floors or sand. Parties or events not allowed on premises. You can do and event (Like a birthday party) on public area park crossing the street from the property. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. For extra guest, please send us a message and if we approved, a small fee apply. IMPORTANT: we do not provide any inflated mattress. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Use of BBQ is free. MUST be left CLEAN before check out. ( failure to do so will incur in $80.00 additional fee) Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony, beach, public park and backyard. We are not responsible for any accident. No pets in bedrooms allowed. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Specially the gas stove! Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

We highly recommend this house for 7 guest, but if you have kids or small adults, they can sleep in the sleeping sofa with a ceiling fan. Accommodating in total 9 guests. Enjoy the breeze from the balcony with the view to the park and bench. Witness the Puertorrican fisherman life from the balcony during the morning with your puertorrican coffee (provided) or with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.

Apartamento muy bonito con temática playera justo enfrente de la playa, con un pequeño porche para sentarse, escuchar y ver las olas mientras tomas tu café. Zona tranquila y segura. Sin duda lo mantendré en mi lista de favoritos. Very cute beachy themed apartment right across from the beach with a small porch to sit and listen to and watch the waves while you drink your coffee.
