Please note that the beach gear we provide is beach chairs, floaties, towels, and a small cooler. No umbrella, snorkeling, or beach pad. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end. Our unit has a water cisterns in case of water shortage. In case of power loss, please communicate as soon as you learn about it to inform the power company. We have flashlights in each area. Being an apartment, power generators are not allowed.

Aquatika is located in beautiful Loíza, a small town in the outskirts of San Juan. Loiza is approximately 30-35 minutes away from the International Airport Luis Muñoz Marin (SJU). ¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este condominio de alquiler! La ubicación era perfecta. A solo un corto trayecto en coche tanto de San Juan como de Fajardo, lo que hizo que explorar la zona fuera súper conveniente. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to both San Juan and Fajardo, which made exploring the area super convenient. As a family of six, we found the space to be comfortable and welcoming. One of our favorite features was the hammock. It added such a relaxing touch to our stay. We also spent many evenings on the balcony playing dominos and enjoying the breeze. Gloria, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and prompt communication made everything easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay while visiting Puerto Rico!
